Aggregation (Aggregation, Bundle number) system recognizes several item barcodes through Matrix Vision or scanners,
and performs representative (box) barcode issuance, item-and-box-information mapping, representative(box)
barcode issuance and mapping-history management.

01Matrix Vision Aggregation®

When several bundles of bar codes are simultaneously recognized through Matrix Vision, they are read out and aggregated to reach a packaging quantity.
Then, representative(box) bar code is issued, individual product and box information is mapped, representative(box) bar code is issued and mapping history management is carried out.

02Automated Matrix Vision Aggression ®

When cartons packed in bundle are recognized by Matrix Vision, multiple barcodes are simultaneously recognized, and, after readout and aggregation, packed quantity is reached, representative(box) barcode issuance is performed through auto labeler.
And, also, individual product and box information mapping and bar code issuance, and mapping history management is carried out.

03Automatic Bottle Packaging 360 Aggregation ®

In the bottle packaging process, the barcode of the label attached to the bottle is recognized 360 degrees.
When the number of packaging mappings is reached, the representative(box) barcodes are issued automatically/manually.
And then the item and box information mapping, and mapping history management are carried out.
